Refund Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Varaahi Jewels. In the unlikely event that you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Damaged Items: If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We require photo evidence of the damage to initiate the return or refund process.

Return Authorization: Once we verify the damage, we will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any additional damage during transit.

Refund or Exchange: Depending on your preference, we will offer a refund or exchange for the damaged item. If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Manufacturing Defects: If you notice any manufacturing defects in your product once it is delivered, we will be happy to assist you with its exchange or repair, depending on your preference. In the course of 3 months from the date of delivery, should you need any repair on your jewelry item, we will be happy to support the same. However, please note that you will need to ship the product back to us for repair work. Our dedicated team will ensure a prompt and reliable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items: For inventory reasons, items such as earrings, maang tikka, or any other item forming part of a set cannot be returned unless they arrived in damaged condition. Made to order or customised items will not be returned either. Sale items or items on clearance are considered final sale, and no return/refund/exchange will be applicable to them.
