Shipping Policy
At Varaahi Jewels, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
Dispatch Time: Ready-to-ship orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of order placement. Made-to-order items require additional time and will be dispatched within 8-10 business days. In the event of any unexpected delays, we will inform you promptly.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery across India usually takes 5 - 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that these delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location/pin codes, and external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Partners: We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. We will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 10,000 within India. Cart values under Rs. 10,000 will incur a standard shipping and handling charge of Rs. 500 per order. Any additional charges or customs duties, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping: We offer standard international shipping at a flat rate of Rs. 1500 per order. Delivery schedules will be made available once the order has been placed, payment has been processed, and we have aligned a courier service to deliver your order.
Cash on Delivery: While we understand the importance of COD for new customers, it must be noted that COD is only available for certain pin codes and depends on the total cart value as well. If you place a COD order, we reserve the right to contact you for order confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, only then will it be dispatched. COD can be availed on orders up to Rs. 5000 only. This helps us, as a brand, avoid significant losses in the event of orders being rejected at the doorstep or returned to origin if undelivered.
